Chief Executive Officer

Kyle graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Education. Known affectionately as “Coach Bengs” in Perry, he’s highly respected for his dedication to both his students and his community.
Since 2020, Kyle has been teaching and coaching basketball, golf, and football at Perry High School. In real estate since 2005, he brings two decades of experience across deal sourcing, construction management, and investment strategy.
He and his wife, Tommie, live in Perry with their three children, where they’re active in faith and community life.
President and Chief Financial Officer

Garrett graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Finance and an M.S. in Accounting. A Certified Public Accountant for more than a decade, he currently serves as a Fractional CFO for multiple companies across Oklahoma and Texas.
Garrett has been involved in real estate since 2010, gaining experience in all phases of the business with a focus on property management and accounting.

Andrew is a graduate of Northern Oklahoma College, where he earned an associate degree in Business. With years of hands-on experience owning and operating multiple businesses - he brings practical expertise and leadership to every project.
Married for 15 years and a proud father of five boys, Andrew enjoys playing baseball and spending time with his family when he’s not on the job site.
Chief Operations Officer

A proud Stillwater native, Bryson lives in his hometown with his wife and two children. Family and faith are at the center of his life. He and his wife have served as foster parents and built their family through adoption.
For over a decade, Bryson has been part of the Performance Faculty in the OSU Theatre Department. A natural creative and entrepreneur, he also brings more than ten years of experience in hospitality and retail business ownership.
In his free time, Bryson enjoys golfing, playing pickup basketball around town, and spending time with family and friends.

Mary is an accomplished accounting professional with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Manila, Philippines. She has over ten years of experience in various accounting roles. Outside of work, Mary enjoys badminton, biking, and spending time with her family.
