All of our properties come furnished with a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, if applicable. Tenants are responsible for utilities.

Maintenance requests are submitted through your tenant portal. Routine maintenance will be done on Saturdays. For emergencies, call the property manager.

How to access your tenant portal
You will receive an email from notices@rentecdirect.com with instructions on logging into your tenant portal.
The portal can be reached at www.rentecdirect.com/tenants
You can also download the Resident Connect app for Android or iOS
You can easily pay rent online through the Payments tab in your tenant portal. To get set up:
Log in to your Tenant Portal
Select the Payments Tab
Select “Enter Account Information”
Enter your bank routing and account numbers
Make a one-time payment or set up recurring monthly payments
There is no fee for ACH bank payments. If you choose to pay with a credit/debit card, there will be a 2.75% transaction fee.
