How to access your tenant portal

You will receive an email from notices@rentecdirect.com with instructions on logging into your tenant portal.

The portal can be reached at www.rentecdirect.com/tenants

You can easily pay rent online through the Payments tab in your tenant portal. To get set up:

  1. Log in to your Tenant Portal

  2. Select the Payments Tab

  3. Select “Enter Account Information”

  4. Enter your bank routing and account numbers

  5. Make a one-time payment or set up recurring monthly payments

There is no fee for ACH bank payments. If you choose to pay with a credit/debit card, there will be a 2.75% transaction fee.
